Profile & account

Your account page (heading "My account", subtitle "Manage your profile, sign-in details, and connected accounts.") is a stack of cards. Open it from Account → Profile in the sidebar, or from the account menu behind your name in the top bar. Each card handles one thing — here's what each control does.

Profile

The Profile card ("Your display name and profile photo.") is where you set how you appear:

  • Profile photo — upload an image (optional — JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 2 MB). Use Remove profile photo to clear it.
  • Display name — the name shown across the Hub.
  • Language — the language of the Hub's interface: English, Español, Português (Brasil), Deutsch, Français or Italiano. It's the same setting the flags in the footer change, and it's saved to your account so it follows you to any device. The documentation itself is English only.
  • Timezone — dates and times across the Hub are shown in the timezone you pick. It starts on UTC.
  • Any custom fields shown for your account.

Click Save profile to apply your changes.

Email address

The Email address card lets you change the email tied to your account: "Changing your email requires verifying the new address before it is fully active."

Enter a new Email and click Update email. The address changes straight away and a verification email goes to it. Until you confirm the new address, Products, Licenses, Downloads, Billing, Purchases and Tickets send you to the verification screen; you can still sign in and use the rest of your account.

While your email is unverified, the card shows "Your email address is not verified." with a Resend verification email action.

Password

The Password card ("Use a long, unique password to keep your account secure.") is where you change your password — not the Security page.

  1. Enter your Current password.
  2. Enter a New password and Confirm new password.
  3. Click Change password.

Note

Two-factor authentication, active sessions and login history live on the Security page. Only your password is changed here.

▸ I signed up with Google, Envato or GitHub and never set a password

The Password card asks for a current password, which an account created through a social provider doesn't have yet. To create one, sign out and use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen — the reset link lets you choose a password for the same account. See signing in.

Connected accounts

The Connected accounts card ("Social sign-in methods linked to your account.") lists the social providers linked to your account — Google, Envato or GitHub — each marked Connected. If you haven't linked any, it reads "No social accounts linked yet."

The list is read-only. A provider is linked the first time you sign in with it using the same email address as your Hub account, so to add one, sign out and choose that provider on the sign-in screen.

See signing in for how social login works and which provider to choose.

Last sign-in

The Last sign-in card shows the Date & time and IP address of your most recent sign-in, with a Security & sessions → link to the Security page for the full picture.
