Notification preferences
The Notification preferences page (heading "Notification preferences", subtitle "Choose which updates
you'd like to receive from Themeasy Hub.") puts you in control of how the Hub reaches you. It lives
under Account → Notification preferences at /account/notifications.
Per-event channels
Each notification type is listed with its own label and a short description, alongside up to two checkboxes:
- Email — tick it to get that event delivered to your inbox by email.
- In-app — shown for events that support it: tick it to get the event in your notification inbox instead of (or as well as) email.
| Notification | What triggers it | Channels |
|---|---|---|
| Ticket replies | Someone replies to one of your support tickets. | Email, In-app |
| Ticket status changes | The status of one of your support tickets changes. | Email, In-app |
| Product announcements | New releases and important updates to products you own. | Email, In-app |
| Feature request updates | An idea you voted on changes status or ships. | |
| License expiry | One of your licenses is about to expire, or its updates period is ending. | Email, In-app |
| Satisfaction surveys | A short survey after we resolve one of your tickets. |
Every box starts ticked. Set each event to match how closely you want to follow your account, licensing and support activity; unticking both boxes simply means you won't hear about that event.
Stop the survey email
About a day after a ticket is resolved we email a one-question survey. If you'd rather not get it, untick Email next to Satisfaction surveys. See support tickets for how the survey works.
Release emails have a second, per-product switch: the Subscribe via email / Unsubscribe button on each product's changelog. See release notes.
Opt out of AI processing
The Opt out of AI processing card lets you keep AI away from your support content entirely. When it's turned on, "we never send your tickets or messages to an AI model. Our team helps you without AI assistance." The support assistant chat then points you to a ticket instead of answering.
Use this if you'd rather no AI ever touches your support content. For the wider picture of what data we hold and your options, see Privacy & data.
Save your changes
When you've set your preferences, click Save preferences to apply them. The page confirms with "Notification preferences updated."
