Downloading your products

The My downloads page (heading "My downloads", subtitle "Download the products you are entitled to. Download links are valid for a few minutes.") is where you grab installable files for everything you own.

The downloads list

Open /account/downloads. Your entitlements are grouped by product, each in its own card. Under every product, versions are listed newest first, each row showing:

• The version number (for example "v2.4.0").
• A Latest badge on the newest stable build.
• The release date.
• A Download button.

Click Download to fetch that build. If a version has no file attached yet, you'll see "No file" instead of the button; if a product has no published builds, the card reads "No releases available yet."

A subscription lists every product it covers: with the Themeasy Bundle you'll find the plugin and each theme here, each in its own card. Your first download of a product also ticks the Download the latest build step of its get-started checklist — see your products.

Showing pre-release builds

When a product has pre-release builds, a Show prereleases checkbox appears at the top of that product's card. Pre-release versions are hidden by default — tick the box to reveal them. Each shows a Prerelease badge so you can tell it apart from a stable release. Untick the box to hide them again.

After you download

The file is a .zip you install in WordPress:

• A theme — follow installing the theme, then the setup wizard to activate your license.
• The Themeasy plugin — follow installation to install it and unlock your plan.
• A newer version of something already installed — see updating the theme. Sites with an active license can also update from inside WordPress without a manual download.

Nothing to download yet?

If you haven't linked any purchases, the page reads "You don't have any downloadable products yet." and offers an Add a license link. Paste your license key or purchase code on the licenses page first — once a product is linked, its builds appear here automatically.

Downloads follow your entitlement: a product is listed while its license is active or its subscription is active or in trial. If one is missing, check its status on the licenses page.
