Getting started with Themeasy Hub

Themeasy Hub is your account home for everything you buy from Themeasy — themes, plugins, licenses, downloads and support, all in one place. This guide shows you around and points to everything else you might need.

You sign in with the email you purchased with, using a password or a social provider (Google, Envato or GitHub) from the sign-in screen.

Tip

Bought through ThemeForest? Sign in with Envato and your purchases are matched automatically.

See Signing in for password resets, social login, two-factor authentication and how the same account works on the Themeasy template library.

Choose your language

The Hub's interface is available in six languages: English, Español, Português (Brasil), Deutsch, Français and Italiano.

  • Click a flag under Languages in the footer of any page to switch.
  • Or pick a Language on your profile.

When you're signed in, your choice is saved to your account and follows you to any device. If you never choose, the Hub follows your browser's language.

Note

The documentation is written in English only, so on documentation pages the footer shows just the English flag.

Your dashboard at a glance

After signing in you land on your dashboard — your portal home. It pulls together:

  • Get started — a short setup checklist for each product you haven't finished setting up.
  • Your subscription — your active plan and when it renews.
  • My products — every product you own, each with Download and Manage buttons.
  • Recent tickets — your latest support conversations.
  • Recommended reading — knowledge-base articles picked for you.

For the full tour, see Your dashboard.

Get help

Search this knowledge base first — most questions are answered here. Still stuck? The Support page, linked as Support in the footer of every page, explains how to reach us, what support covers and when to expect a reply. From there — or from Tickets in your account sidebar — you can open a ticket and we'll pick it up.

The footer also carries a live status pill ("All systems operational" when everything is healthy). Click it to open the status page whenever something feels off.
