Release notes & changelog
Each Themeasy theme and plugin has its own changelog at /changelog/<product-slug> — for example
/changelog/prio. It lists the product's published stable releases newest first, so you can see
exactly what changed in every version. The quickest way there is the View changelog link on the
product's page in your products.
The changelog page
The page is titled Product changelog with the subtitle "Release notes for Product." Below that is a timeline of releases. Each release is its own card showing:
- a version heading, like v1.4.0, and
- the release date on the right, and
- the release notes for that version (the changelog the team wrote for the release).
Older versions continue down the page, and the list pages when there are many releases. Pre-release builds aren't listed here — you'll find those on your downloads page behind the Show prereleases checkbox.
Subscribe to release notifications
If you're signed in to your account, the changelog page has a Subscribe via email button in the header. Subscribe and we'll notify you whenever that product ships a new stable release, so you know when there's a fresh build to install.
Once you're subscribed, the same button changes to Unsubscribe — use it any time to stop the notifications for that product. You'll see a short confirmation message after each change.
Owners are subscribed automatically
The first time you open a product's page in your products, you're subscribed to that product's releases. If you unsubscribe, the Hub remembers and won't subscribe you again.
Tip
Subscriptions are per product. On top of that, your account's Product announcements preference decides how a release reaches you — by email, in your notification inbox, both or neither. See notification preferences.
Follow the RSS feed
Every product changelog also publishes an RSS/Atom feed at /changelog/<product-slug>/rss.xml. Use
the RSS button in the page header to open it, then add the address to your feed reader to track
releases without email. One combined feed for every product lives at /changelog/rss.xml.
Info
You don't need to be signed in to read a changelog or its RSS feed — both are public. Signing in just adds the subscribe button.
Getting the new version
A new release means there's an updated build to install. The latest version of each product you own also appears on your products pages. Head to downloads to grab the new build, or let automatic updates pull it into your WordPress site if your license is connected — see updating the theme and the plugin's installation guide.
